Over a decade has passed since the first EDIS symposium was held in Philadelphia. Since that time thousands of ED Directors, physicians, nurse managers, hospital administrators, and information system specialists - plus scores of vendors - have attended this symposium.

Why attend the EDIS Symposium? Each year the Program Committee discusses ways to better meet the EDIS attendees’ needs and this year will be no different. New topics, fundamental information, high-tech lectures,
